Peer Review Process

- Researches should be sent to the E-mail: eaec.eg@gmail.com.

- The Society responds to the researcher within a period of one day to a maximum of 3 days by accepting the research form and send a template specification for him to adjust his research according to the template (all details, especially any images placed on the text or forms or disjointed tables and not placed as the template bear the responsibility of the researcher Tuned in place before printing).

- After the initial acceptance of the research arbitration, a test of the citation rate of the research is done (not including references) and accordingly if the total citation rate in the research is less than 20% and the citation rate does not exceed 5% of any other research (including the research of the same author self-plagiarism) An electronic copy of the research that does not contain the names of the authors or any indication of their personality is sent to two arbitrators to evaluate the research and send their comments and then forward it to the authors for consideration.

- If the citation rate is more than 20% or the citation rate of any other research exceeds 5%, the search will be returned to the authors for the purpose of modifying the necessary research, reformulating it and then resubmitting it to the magazine again as new research.

- The arbitrator must be a professor in the field of research to be evaluated as determined by the editorial board of the magazine.

- The maximum number of arbitration times to search twice.

- The editorial board of the magazine may accept the research after arbitration only once in the event that this body believes that the amendments are minor and in this case the research is sent for publication after the work of these amendments by the authors.

- In the event that the editorial board believes that the amendments are drastic to the research unacceptable after the first arbitration, the research is sent to the authors to take these amendments into account or respond to them and the responses of the authors and the modified search of the arbitration are sent again by the same arbitrators.

In the event that the editorial board believes that the amendments are drastic after the second arbitration, the authors are notified of the final rejection of the research and in the event that these amendments are minor, they are sent to the authors for consideration and notified of the acceptance of the research for publication.

- The researcher sends the arbitration fees by mail to the cashier.

- Search is sent to arbitrators

- Amendments are sent to the researcher after they arrive to the association and ask him to complete the required amendments.

- The researcher sends the research after the amendment according to the specifications of the association.

- In case of difference of opinion of the arbitrators, the research shall be presented to a third arbitrator. The authorization of the research or study, in this case, shall depend on the majority of the arbitrators' opinions, provided that the evaluation shall always take place after the lifting of the names of the researchers or their evidence.

- After the completion of the amendments and coordination, the researcher sends the publication fees in a money order to the cashier.

- Maximum number of research pages (30 summary papers in Arabic and English).

- The final research will be sent to the publishing house for the purpose of linguistic arbitration and put the research in the final format of the magazine.

- A maximum of one week to comment on this copy is determined by the authors. In case this period is insufficient, the authors must request a longer period for the final examination of the research. Waiting for a week and in the absence of a response is sent a third message and in the case of non-reply is sent to the publication for printing and publication and no consideration of any requests for modification thereafter by the authors, even in the case of an error by the publishing house.

- The researcher receives the letter of acceptance electronically via the E-mail of the society eaec.eg@gmail.com

- The researcher can at any time receive the receipt and paper letter from the headquarters of the Association in agreement with the Secretary of the Association.

- Each researcher receives in accordance with the rules of the Association from the year 2012 a copy of the magazine and 5 inputs for research and an electronic copy of the magazine (online or CD as available when requested).

- Starting from 2019 each search will be preceded by a page with search data and dates for the receipt and delivery of this research until it is delivered to the Society in its final form.
