Abstract

The research aimed to suggest standards for e-learning for pre-school and kindergarten children, by presenting and revising general reference standards for e-learning and proposing appropriate standards for pre-school and kindergarten children, and then explaining the method of applying these standards and employing them for children in distance education, whether in its form Traditional or inverted.
All elements of the e-learning process have been taken into consideration and a special role for the student’s guardian has been employed in the proposed system of production and employment standards and an educational design model.
The researcher aims to build best practices supported by published research, as it provides current standards for assessing the quality of courses, curricula and content provided remotely for pre-school and kindergarten children, which is a set of criteria through which the design of courses provided remotely and online is evaluated in particular. And merged courses with any percentage of the inclusion levels used. The evaluation form is completed with annotations explaining the application of the criteria and the relationship between them.
The toolkit in this research also facilitates evaluation of learning provided to pre-school and kindergarten children by reviewers.
The research tools were: a list of general standards, a guide for describing sub-criteria, a form for developing e-courses for pre-school and kindergarten children.
The researcher recommends using these criteria for pre-school and kindergarten children because they are compatible with their characteristics according to what has been reviewed and analyzed of theories and research concerned with this category.
