Abstract

Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the interaction between adaptive display pattern (conditional / flexible / frames) and mental capacity (high / low) and their impact on developing digital photography production skills and visual literacy for educational Technology Students. The research sample consisted of 90 students of the second year in the Department of Educational technology at the Faculty of Specific Education in Ashmoun were divided into 6 experimental groups, each group consisting of 15 students, The research used the descriptive method at the stage of study and analysis to prepare the theoretical framework, the method of developing educational systems to design and produce the adaptive display pattern, and the experimental method to identify the impact of the independent variable. the research tools consisted of the intersecting forms of mental capacity test prepared by Juan Pascual- Leone, Translated by Al-Banna and Al-Banna (1990a), an achievement test and an observation card to measure the cognitive aspect and practical performance of digital photography production skills (prepared by the two researchers), the final product evaluation card for digital photography production skills (prepared by the two researchers), the visual enlightenment scale (prepared by the two researchers), The results showed that there is an interaction between adaptive display pattern (conditional / flexible / frames) and mental capacity (high / low) on developing digital photography production skills and visual literacy among educational technology students.
