Abstract

A working paper presented by the eleventh (locally) - ninth (international) scientific conference of the Egyptian Association for Educational Computers entitled:
Educational technology and the development of teacher preparation programs and institutions from Saturday, July 24, 2021 to Wednesday, July 28, 2021

Since time immemorial leadership within any organization; A positive activity carried out by a person to supervise a group of people to achieve clear goals through emotional influence or the use of power to an appropriate extent, and therefore it is “the art of influencing others, that is, it is the outcome of interaction between the leader and his subordinates in different institutions.”
With the new changes in educational institutions and the transformations that appeared on them after the emergence of “digital transformation” in most educational institutions of all kinds, teacher leadership has become other requirements that may not be available in non-digital educational environments, where electronic communication skills have become to re-push and encourage learners towards achieving educational goals. The management of these institutions relied, in achieving their goals, on the integration between the real environment and the electronic environment, urging the name “integrated environment management,” which developed many leadership roles for the teacher, and his dealings became in many times dependent on simultaneous communication and sometimes asynchronous, which made his role in collecting his information about the learners does not require direct follow-up.
