The Impact of E-Learning platform in developing Educational Digital Transformation skills and reducing Vocational Future Anxiety among students of the College of Education with different Creativity Style "Innovator , Adaptor” and cognitive flexibility “high, low”

Abstract

Current research aims is to provide students of Faculty of Education with skills of digital transformation, as well as to reduce their level of Vocational Future Anxiety through a proposed E-Platform, taking into account the difference between them in style of creative method (Innovator / Adaptor) and level of cognitive flexibility (high / low), research sample consisted of (120) students and were divided into 4 experimental groups According to Creativity Style and cognitive flexibility level , Google Classroom platform was used. measurement tools were Educational Digital Transformation skills assessment card and Vocational Future Anxiety scale ,Results showed (the effectiveness of the platforms , No differences between Innovators and Adaptors , Superiority of those with high cognitive flexibility over those with low cognitive flexibility; the absence of a reciprocal effect between the creative style pattern and the level of cognitive flexibility) in both the acquisition of digital transformation skills in education and in reducing the level of future professional anxiety
