The aim of the current research is to design an electronic adaptive learning environment to develop innovative skills in graduation projects for students of the College of Engineering. Electronic adaptation in educational institutions includes developing innovative thinking capabilities and developing their skills and knowledge towards designing projects with new ideas. Multiple adaptive navigation mechanisms to develop the learner's innovative thinking, as well as their use is an opportunity to move and choose from the available alternatives freely, which serves as a reliable stimulus for generating creative ideas. Contribute to raising the level of innovation and the teacher should work on its development Students’ abilities and thinking and to take advantage of opportunities to achieve this goal and to benefit from the nature of his subject matter in that and provoke his thinking, and the survey Research objectives The researcher prepared a set of tools, he built a list of skills to deal with technological innovations based on the website, and the researcher built an electronic adaptive environment An achievement test was conducted to measure the cognitive aspects, a note card to measure the performance aspects, and a product evaluation card.
