Content Presentation Strategy via E-Training Environment to Developing Digital Knowledge Management Skills for Secondary School Teachers and their Technological Acceptance

This research aimed at examining the effect of content presentation type via e-training environment on developing Digital knowledge management skills performance level among Al-Azhar' Secondary Stage Teachers. Independent variable was content delivery strategy (hierarchical vs. elaboration) presented via e-training environment, dependent variable was Digital Knowledge Management Skills performance level. The research included two experimental treatments, which were assigned to two groups. The participants were 50 teachers selected from Al-Azhar' Secondary Stage in Kafr Elshiekh. The results revealed that the elaboration content presentation Strategy presented via e-training environment was the best in developing Digital knowledge management skills and Technology Acceptance in favor of the Strategy of providing Expansive content delivery Strategy. Research by making use of e-training environments in training teachers via the web, and the need to provide various Strategies for providing e-content that take into account Individual differences among trainees.
