This research aims to identify the effect of E-Training on improving job performance in the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population of the research consisted of two samples, a random sample of trainees who work in the company, and a second sample of the company's training center officials, who were chosen as a purposive sample. The data of this research was collected by questionnaire, and the questionnaire was checked its reliability and consistency. The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect between e-training and employee performance improvement in the Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, and also there are no statistically significant differences for e-training in improving employee performance due to demographic variables (gender and occupational field) at the significance level (a≤0.05). The research recommended that the necessity of preparing strategic plans based on a careful study of training needs and providing all mechanisms that help in developing this type of training. In addition to the necessity of adopting e-training with traditional training programs in all the company’s training centers, and ensuring the achievement of its objectives as one of the foundations of human resource development in its various specializations.
