Abstract

The current research aims to measure the interaction between the response pattern of the intelligent chatbot (user-oriented/content-oriented) based on artificial intelligence and the learning style (surface/deep) and its impact on developing the skills of producing electronic tests and technological acceptance among students of educational technology. The research sample included (70) fourth-year students from the Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education. The sample was divided into four equivalent experimental groups according to the experimental design of the research; the first experimental group (the response pattern of the chatbot (user-oriented) based on artificial intelligence for those with a surface learning style); the second experimental group (the response pattern of the chatbot (user-oriented) based on artificial intelligence for those with a deep learning style); the third experimental group (the response pattern of the chatbot (content-oriented) based on artificial intelligence for those with a surface learning style); the fourth experimental group (the response pattern of the chatbot (content-oriented) based on artificial intelligence for those with a deep learning style). Appropriate statistical processing methods were used through the use of the SPSS V.25 program. The results showed the superiority of the second experimental group (students with a deep learning style who studied through the response pattern of the user-oriented chatbot) in the post-application of all the research tools (the achievement test, the product evaluation card for the production of electronic tests, and the technological acceptance scale).
