Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the need for the training reality for widespread improvement, and to identify the effect of the difference in the size of the mini e-training content (small - medium - large) as the first independent variable, as well as the effect of the different type of educational support provided (immediate - deferred) as a second independent variable, and to consider The effect of the interaction between them, in effecting the development of cognitive competencies and skills in the effective organization of Big Data for employees of digital training.
Factorial Design 3 * 2 global experimental design was used, the research sample (42) trainees.
The results of the research indicated the effectiveness of the mini-training, and the differences between the mean scores of the experimental groups appeared as a result of the difference in the size of the mini-e-training content (small - medium - large), as well as the differences between the mean scores of the experimental groups in the post application as a result of the difference in the timing of the educational support ( Immediate - deferred), as well as the effect of the interaction between the volume of electronic training content (small - medium - large) and
